Some products at Dovia Jewellery can be custom-made according to the customer's choice or request.

Custom-Made Products

The following products may be considered custom-made:

Rings made to custom sizes
Products with custom stone selection
Designs containing letters, symbols, or personal details
Products designed exclusively for the customer

Production Process

Custom-made product orders enter production after the order is confirmed.

Production time may vary depending on the product's design, size, and selected details.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted for custom-made products.

Returns are not accepted for rings made to custom sizes.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders involving custom stone, size, or design selections.

Important Note

Before completing the order, the product size, stone selection, metal selection, and personal details must be checked by the customer.

The production process begins after the order is confirmed.
