Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the buyer who purchases products through the Dovia Jewellery website and the seller.

Buyer: The customer who places an order through the website.

Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller's website and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

Product Information

The basic features of the products, their sale price, payment method, and delivery information are provided on the product page and at the checkout screen.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer after the production process is completed.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made, prepared in custom sizes, or involve the selection of stones or designs.

Return Conditions

The product to be returned must be unused, untried, in a condition suitable for resale, and sent complete with its box, certificate, and all accessories.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for earrings that have been used or tried on.

Payment

The buyer pays the product price using the payment method selected at the time of ordering.

General Provisions

The buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the product information, sale price, payment, and delivery terms provided on the website.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or request additional verification when deemed necessary.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the current legislation of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.
