Production Process

Your orders will enter production on the first business day after approval.

The production process takes an average of 4–5 business days.

Completed products undergo quality control.

Quality Control

Every product undergoes a detailed quality control process before shipping.

The stones, metal, dimensions, plating, and overall appearance are inspected.

Packaging

Products that have passed quality control are carefully packaged in DOVIA’s signature box.

Shipping

Completed orders will be handed over to the courier within 5 business days at the latest.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address.

Custom-Made Orders

Production times for personalized products may vary.

In such cases, the customer will be informed.
