In DOVIA mythology, the Star represents the purest and most timeless symbol of the sky. Its five-pointed form symbolizes the light within us, while the diamonds represent the reflections of this light upon the world. The open star form at its center reminds us that every person carries a light that belongs only to them; the diamonds surrounding it represent the traces left by this light as it grows throughout life. WARRANTY & AUTHENTICITY
DOVIA products are evaluated under warranty for defects arising from manufacturing and workmanship.
All products undergo quality control before shipment. The certificate or information card included with the product contains product information and authenticity details.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, dropping, contact with chemicals, wear of the plating, or stone loss caused by the user.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
At DOVIA Jewellery, each piece is carefully prepared upon receiving your order.
The production process takes approximately 4–5 business days. Once production is complete, orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 5 business days.
The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, not tried on, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns are not accepted for personalized orders, products made to custom measurements, or orders involving a selected gemstone, size, or design.
