Astrape is a name that means “lightning” and the light that suddenly pierces the sky. It takes its name from that powerful radiance that suddenly appears in the darkness and changes the entire sky in just a moment. Astrape’s lightning form symbolizes courage, sudden realization, and the inner strength that illuminates one’s own path. The colored stone it carries beside it is like a piece of the light left behind after the lightning; each color represents a different emotion, a different energy, and a unique power. WARRANTY & AUTHENTICITY
DOVIA products are evaluated under warranty for defects arising from manufacturing and workmanship.
All products undergo quality control before shipment. The certificate or information card included with the product contains product information and authenticity details.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, dropping, contact with chemicals, wear of the plating, or stone loss caused by the user.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
At DOVIA Jewellery, each piece is carefully prepared upon receiving your order.
The production process takes approximately 4–5 business days. Once production is complete, orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 5 business days.
The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, not tried on, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns are not accepted for personalized orders, products made to custom measurements, or orders involving a selected gemstone, size, or design.
