In the ancient world, the crescent was the first light of the Moon reborn from the darkness; a symbol of the cycle of life, intuition, and new beginnings. When fragments of light broke away from the DOVIA star and reached the Moon’s slender curve, the memory of the heavens was sealed upon this ancient form. The dark side of the crescent represents the unknown, while the light rising along its curve symbolizes transformation and rebirth. WARRANTY & AUTHENTICITY
DOVIA products are evaluated under warranty for defects arising from manufacturing and workmanship.
All products undergo quality control before shipment. The certificate or information card included with the product contains product information and authenticity details.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, dropping, contact with chemicals, wear of the plating, or stone loss caused by the user.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
At DOVIA Jewellery, each piece is carefully prepared upon receiving your order.
The production process takes approximately 4–5 business days. Once production is complete, orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 5 business days.
The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, not tried on, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns are not accepted for personalized orders, products made to custom measurements, or orders involving a selected gemstone, size, or design.
