AURELIA BEE LIVA GOLD DIAMOND PINK SAPPHIRE CORD BRACELET

Care requests for DOVIA products are evaluated after the condition of the product has been examined.

During the care process, the product's overall condition, stones, metal surface, plating, and connection points are inspected.

For care and repair requests, please contact us at info@doviajewellery.com.

DOVIA products are evaluated under warranty for defects arising from manufacturing and workmanship.

All products undergo quality control before shipment. The certificate or information card included with the product contains product information and authenticity details.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, dropping, contact with chemicals, wear of the plating, or stone loss caused by the user.

At DOVIA Jewellery, each piece is carefully prepared upon receiving your order.

The production process takes approximately 4–5 business days. Once production is complete, orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 5 business days.

The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, not tried on, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Returns are not accepted for personalized orders, products made to custom measurements, or orders involving a selected gemstone, size, or design.
