In the ancient world, the crescent symbolized the Moon’s ever-renewing cycle, transformation, and the new life that begins after darkness. Handcrafted in 14-karat rose gold, the Crescent Earrings are finished with approximately 0.32 ct of cognac diamonds. The cognac diamonds rising along the two opposing crescents represent courage, balance, and the human ability to rise again by relying on one’s own strength. In DOVIA mythology, the Crescent Earrings are two celestial seals of transformation and powerful beginnings that complement one another.
Story
Crescent
In the ancient world, the crescent was the first light of the Moon reborn from darkness; a symbol of the cycle of life, intuition, and new beginnings. When fragments of light from the DOVIA star reached the Moon’s delicate curve, the memory of the sky was sealed upon this ancient form. The dark side of the crescent represents the unknown, while the light rising along its curve symbolizes transformation and rebirth. The DOVIA Crescent is the seal of a new beginning that quietly grows within every end.
