The spiral carved into stone is a silent trace left behind even as civilizations change. In DOVIA mythology, Voluta is the form in which this ancient architectural trace is resealed with starlight. The golden form, progressing from the outside toward the center, represents humanity's journey toward its own essence throughout life. The diamonds surrounding it symbolize the stars illuminating the path, while the blue stone at its center symbolizes the essence reached at the end of all movement. WARRANTY & AUTHENTICITY
DOVIA products are evaluated under warranty for defects arising from manufacturing and workmanship.
All products undergo quality control before shipment. The certificate or information card included with the product contains product information and authenticity details.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, dropping, contact with chemicals, wear of the plating, or stone loss caused by the user.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
At DOVIA Jewellery, each piece is carefully prepared upon receiving your order.
The production process takes approximately 4–5 business days. Once production is complete, orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 5 business days.
The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, not tried on, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns are not accepted for personalized orders, products made to custom measurements, or orders involving a selected gemstone, size, or design.
