GLAUX OWL GOLD DIAMOND NECKLACE

Glaux is a diamond-set owl design that embodies the wisdom of ancient Athens and the keen vision that never loses its way, even in the night. Handcrafted in 14-karat rose gold, the design features a 0.42 ct G-color, VS–SI clarity white diamond and a 0.08 ct black diamond, for a total of 0.50 ct of diamond brilliance. The white diamonds represent Glaux’s clear vision and wisdom, while the black diamonds symbolize the silent power and mystery of the night. In ancient Athens, Glaux, Athena’s sacred owl, symbolized not a fear of the dark, but the ability to see the truth even within it. Over time, its image was engraved on coins and became an ancient symbol bearing the wisdom, intuition, and legacy of a civilization. In DOVIA mythology, Glaux is born at the moment starlight touches this ancient sign once more. It reminds its owner to trust their own intuition, to perceive the unseen, and to find their own way even in life’s darkest moments. Because some merely look. Others see.

STORY

Glaux Owl

In ancient Athens, there was a bird that never closed its eyes, even in the quietest moments of the night: Glaux. As Athena’s sacred owl, it symbolized not a fear of the dark, but the ability to see the truth even within it. Over time, its image was engraved on the coins of Athens and carried to distant lands. Thus, Glaux became more than just an owl; it became an ancient sign bearing the wisdom, intuition, and invisible legacy of a civilization. In DOVIA mythology, Glaux is born at the moment starlight touches this ancient symbol once more. Its eyes represent the ability to perceive the unseen, its silent presence inner strength, and its wings the courage to choose one’s own path when the time is right. Glaux reminds its owner that there is a direction in every darkness and a sign in every silence. Because some merely look. Others see.
