In Aigea, the sun was not merely the light of the sky; it was the seal of power gathered in a single center and radiating to the world, of a legacy preserved through generations, and of unshakable order. Its rays extending in all directions from the center told of how true power could multiply without being divided. When a piece of the star torn from the DOVIA sky reached Aigea, it fell into the center of the ancient sun. The star’s eternal light and Aigea’s timeless power united within the gold, and the Vergina Sun was born. The diamonds at its center symbolize the unchanging essence of humanity; the rays spreading around them symbolize the courage and will born from this essence, and the lasting mark left on the world. DOVIA products are evaluated under warranty for defects arising from manufacturing and workmanship.
All products undergo quality control before shipment. The certificate or information card included with the product contains product information and authenticity details.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, dropping, contact with chemicals, wear of the plating, or stone loss caused by the user.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
At DOVIA Jewellery, each piece is carefully prepared upon receiving your order.
The production process takes approximately 4–5 business days. Once production is complete, orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 5 business days.
The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, not tried on, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns are not accepted for personalized orders, products made to custom measurements, or orders involving a selected gemstone, size, or design.
