Neria is the diamond-set turtle of the Chelonia Collection, carrying the memory of ancient journeys in its shell. A symbol of protection, commitment, and the ability to return to one’s essence no matter how far one wanders, Neria is handcrafted from 14-karat rose gold. Its central 0.60 ct garnet is illuminated by white diamonds totaling 0.13 ct, in the G color and VS–SI clarity range. The deep red hue of the garnet symbolizes loyalty, determination, vitality, and the ancient hope carried by a safe return. The white diamonds sparkle around the stone like guiding stars, adding depth to the turtle’s form, which is synonymous with long journeys. In DOVIA mythology, the turtle never forgets the path back to its birthplace, even when it crosses the seas. For true direction is not found on maps outside us, but hidden within the memory we carry inside. The garnet at Neria’s center is a sealed fragment of the deep red light that illuminates the lost star’s path home.
STORY
Chelonia Turtle
Throughout history, the turtle has been seen as a symbol of longevity, patience, protection, and ancient wisdom. What makes it strong is not its slowness, but its ability to move forward without deviating from its own rhythm. Its shell is not merely a refuge, but an inseparable part of its being—an ancient armor that protects its center. In DOVIA mythology, Chelonia unites this ancient meaning with the light left by the fallen star. The star’s trace becomes a silent power hidden in the turtle’s shell, transforming it into a talisman that carries time and finds its way not with haste, but with determination.
Chelonia represents those who can protect their center amidst the noise of life, those who grow stronger through patience, and the spirit that knows how to shine with time. This collection portrays protection not as an external force, but as the resilience, balance, and ancient wisdom an individual carries within.
